📦 Return Eligibility
We accept return requests only if the following conditions are met:
• The product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• The return request is raised within 3 days of delivery.
• The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all original accessories, manuals, and labels intact.
Return requests that do not meet the above criteria will not be accepted.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless received in a damaged or defective condition:
• Opened or used medical devices
• Consumables and accessories (e.g., electrodes, probes, sensors)
• Customized or specially ordered equipment
• Items without original packaging or missing components
💸 Refund Process
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email/SMS regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
